Borca gets new retail park - MPC Properties kicks off preparations for construction of retail complex in Sivi Dom neighborhood

Preparation works for the construction of future retail park in Borca, an investment by MPC Properties, the owner of Usce Shopping Center, commenced three days ago.

Workers are currently using dredges to remove the surface layer of earth to clear the site and prepare it for the second phase - foundation digging. The first phase should be completed in two or three days, if the weather allows, and the entire space will be fenced off and secured.

Borca Retail Park, a modern shopping center, will soon be built on 12,000 square meters in a field near Sivi Dom neighborhood. The value of this complete project is estimated at about EUR 10 million, and the retail park is expected to open in the autumn 2016.

Among the future tenants of Borca Retail Park, which will comprise 35 retail outlets, are McDonald’s, Drive In, Sport Vision, N Sport, Laguna, Jasmin, Studio Moderna, Diopta, and DIS supermarket. All stores will be accessible from the central parking lot that will have a a capacity of 370 vehicles.
